About Us
Created from passion and a growing obsession of flowers, El's Studio was established to re-invent the traditional bouquets through using seasonal flowers and directly working with flower growers. Through working with the growers directly and operating exclusively online, it helps provide flowers for our customers at a better rate.
Delivery Information
Same day delivery is available for Dubai for orders placed before 3 PM. For same day delivery for timing after 3 PM, kindly contact us via Whatsapp for availability.
For rest of UAE, same day delivery is available upon request via Whatsapp (depends on the time order is placed).
Free delivery is only available for Dubai, soon for rest of UAE. for orders 350AED and above.
Delivery rate for orders less than 350AED is 40AED.
Rate differs for remote areas, such as Khorfakkan and Fujairah.
In case the order was placed and it falls under the remote areas, additional charges will be applied.
If the order is a gift, we will contact the recipient (tick the box at the checkout), in case we do not receive a response from the recipient, we will contact the sender for delivery address. As we use third party delivery service, we can only delivery once the pinned location and villa number is provided.
Please note that we use third party services, therefore the delivery timings are an estimate from 1PM - 9PM in Dubai and 2PM - 10PM for rest of UAE. We do not have a specific delivery time, hopefully we will be able to provide in the future for a better experience.
Return and Cancellation
In case you want to cancel or adjust the order, for same day delivery usually cancellation and adjustments is not applicable. However, you can contact us via Whatsapp, and if the order was not yet prepared, we can accommodate any changes and a possible cancellation.
For next day delivery, cancellation and adjustments can be made until 9PM on the day the order is placed. However, feel free to contact us via Whatsapp for any changes and we will try to cater to you.
